CRE: BOD resolution on the transfer of real estate

The Board resolution dated December 28, 2020, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to invest, buy, sell and transfer the real estate of Hoang Van Thu New Urban Area project in wards: Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So, Hoang Mai district, Ha Noi City that investor by Hoang Mai Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Company.

Total value of investment (estimated): VND 787,489,180,000.
