Bong Sen Guest House: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of People’s Committee in Bong Sen Guest House as follows:

     Until 16:00 on December 23, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No. 803/QĐ-SGDHCM dated December 03, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of People’s Committee in Bong Sen Guest House, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
