Alpha Securities Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on December 09, 2020, as follows:

-  Approving the resignation of Mrs. Cao Thi Thu Hang as a member of the BOD.

- Approving the election result of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung as a member of the BOD in the term 2018-2023.

- Approving to change a stock issuance to increase its share capital.
