AGG: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated December 16, 2020, the BOD approved An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation will receive the transfer of 10,000 shares of Gia Khanh Management and Development Corporation from Riland Investment Joint Stock Company.

After the transfer completes, Gia Khanh Management and Development Corporation will become subsidiary of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation. In addition, the BOD also approved the selling of 10,000 refundable preferred shares in Gia Khanh Management and Development Corporation to Riland Investment Joint Stock Company.
