VTJ: Extraordinary General Mandate 2020

On 20 Nov 2020, Vi Na Ta Ba Trading & Investment Joint-stock Company announced the Extraordinary General Mandate 2020 No. 12/2020/VNTB/NQ-DHDCD as follows:
- Article 01: Approve the amendment, supplement Charter of the Company.
- Article 02: Approve the plan on share private placement to raise the charter capital of the company in year 2021.
- Article 03: Approve moving VTJ shares from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) into Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in accordance with the Securities Law.
