On November 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

1)      Record date for shareholder list: December 14, 2020

2)      Time of implementation: expected from December 16, 2020 to January 05, 2021.

3)      Contents:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Brett Harold Krause as the Independent member of the Board of Directors.

- Approving to elect Mr. Sanjay Vinayak as the Independent member of the Board of Directors.
