VCI: Resolution on the third bond issuance of 2020 Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (short name: VCSC) announces Board Resolution No.31 dated November 03, 2020 as follows:
The Board of Directors approved the third bond issuance of 2020, worth VND1,200 billion.
1) Bond type: non-convertible bond
2) Total value of bonds expected to issue: VND1,200 billion (divided into many phases)
3) Interest rate: depending on the Company’s business performance, but no more than the average rate of mid-term deposit rates by BIDV and Vietinbank and plus 3%/year.
4) Par value: VND10,000,000.
5) Issue price: equal to the par value
6) Number of bonds expected to issue: 120,000 bonds
7) Currency unit: VND
8) Issue schedule:
- Phase 1: from November 2020 to January 2021, value: VND600 billion;
- Phase 2: from June 2021 to August 2021, value: VND600 billion.
9) Bond term: 24 months
10) Bond form: book-entry
11) Issue method: private placement. HOSE
