SBT: SBT allowed the extension of submission of financial statements

Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBT) has received an official document dated November 16, 2020 by the State Securities Commission regarding the disclosure of financial statements. Accordingly, the State Securities Commission allowed SBT to extend the submission of quarterly financial statements for fiscal year 2021 (from July 01, 2020 to the end of December 31, 2020). The Company must disclose its quarterly financial statements and the reviewed quarterly financial statements (if any) within 30 days from the end of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
