In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above. + For dividend receiving by bank transfer: Request for dividend receiving by bank transfer (form attached), notarized Identification Card/ Passport/ Business Registration Certificate 4.
