Phat Tai Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the cancellation of auction of the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Design Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company as follows:

            Until 17:00 on November 17, 2020, the deadline of registration of the application for selection of potential investors to participate in the auction of the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Design Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to submit the application. Therefore, according to the Article 15 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Design Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company and Decision No.720/QĐ-SGDHCM dated November 12, 2020 by the Chief Executive Officer of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, this auction is not eligible to be held.
