Capital source: Investment & development fund and undistributed profit after tax on 30/06/2020 (according to the audited semi-annual financial statement 2020) 11. Record date for the share issue: 23/11/2020 12. Method of handling odd-lot shares: the number of shares issued to increase the equity capital from owners' equity that each shareholder receives will be rounded down to unit digit.
