LBM: Board Resolution _ 04 Nov 2020 On November 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (stock code: LBM) approved to the following issues:
1) Reports on business results in Quarter 3 and the first nine months of 2020;
2) Allowing LBM Dak Nong Concrete One Member Limited Company to invest in the following projects:
- Dak Mil Concrete Station;
- Investment in Nhan Dao commune, Dak R’Lap district, Dak Nong province;
- Financial resource: increasing the charter capital of LBM Dak Nong Concrete One Member Limited Company from 25 billion dongs to 50 billion dongs in Quarter 4 of 2020. The ownership ratio of parent company LBM is 100 percent. The remaining resource will be lent from parent company LBM.
3) Investing in equipment with the total investment of 22,605,000,000 dongs.
4) Extending the time to hold the positions of the following persons:
- Mr. Nguyen Quang Duyet, Deputy CEO;
- Mr. Nguyen Vu Ngoc Anh, Director of Hiep Tien Enterprise;
- Mr. Ho Tan Dung, Director of Hiep Thinh Phat Co., Ltd.;
- Extension time: no more than 01 year
5) Approving the first dividend payment for 2020: 15%, in cash (1,500 dongs per share)
