HDBS: Resolution of General Meeting

HDB Securities Corporation (HDBS) announces the written resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders which was convened on November 06, 2020 under the form of absentee voting  as follows:

1)      Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to invest in or sell the assets with value equal to or more than 35% total assets in the Company’s latest financial statements, but the total investment will not be more than the ratio prescribed by the law from time to time.

2)      Approving to change the title of the Company’s legal representative to be the Chairman of Board of Directors or the CEO.
