GEX: BOD resolution on planning to sell treasury shares The Board resolution dated November 12, 2020, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the following contents:
1) Approving to carry out the plan to sell treasury shares from the stock issuance ESOP:
- Stock name: Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Number of current treasury shares: 18,274,950 shares
- Number of treasury shares expected to be sold to employees: 12,000,000, equivalent to 2.55% number of outstanding shares
- Selling price: VND 12,000/share
- Total value (based on par value): VND 120,000,000,000
- These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the finish date of the selling.
- Time of implementation: after being approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board resolution /Decision of Board of Directors.
- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
2) Approving the list of employees to buy treasury shares is 55 persons. HOSE
