On 27/11/2020, Bao Loc City Urban Projects Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.34/2020/NQ-HDQT on the closing the list of shareholders for the 2019 dividend payment in cash as follows:

- Type of share: Common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- ​Dividend rate: 7.66%/par value (equivalent to VND 766/share)
- Payment date: 30/12/2020
 - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Bao Loc City Urban Projects Joint Stock Company (261 Hoang Van Thu, ward 1, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province) on working days from 30/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
