D2D: The record date for stock issuance On November 18, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1914/TB-SGDHCM on the record date for a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (stock code: D2D) as follows:
- Ex-right date: November 26, 2020
- Record date: November 27, 2020
- Purpose: a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital;
- Exercise ratio: 100:42
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 42 new shares
- Estimated issue volume: 8,950,186 shares
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
