CII: Board resolution on foreign ownership limit

The Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company decided to propose the general meeting of shareholders to reduce the foreign ownership limit at CII from 70% to 49% so that CII can participate in PPP infrastructure and real estate projects.

The adjustment of foreign ownership limit will be effective after the approval by the general meeting of shareholders and the State Securities Commission.
