BCM: BOD resolution on contributing capital in BWID

The Board resolution dated November 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (BCM) approved the capital contribution to raise charter capital in BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (BWID). Details are as follows:

-          Current charter capital: VND 4,916,596,950,000

-          Current capital contribution ratio in BWID: 30% charter capital

-          Additional contributed capital: VND 1,128,516,350,000

-          New charter capital (estimated): VND 8,678,318,120,000

-          The ownership ratio of BCM after additional capital contribution: 30%

-          Capital contribution time: October 2020.
