According to the Board resolution dated November 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved the policy on signing the agreements and transactions with related parties with the value of each agreement less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements, as follows:

-          Agreement value: 76,907,000,000 dongs

-          Agreement term: until the end of December 31, 2020.
