VPG: BOD resolution on bank loan

The Board resolution dated October 26, 2020, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the credit limit and implement related transactions at Vietinbank – Le Chan Branch with total amount of VND 300 billion. Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by Vietinbank as the collateral for its credit obligation at Vietinbank.
