Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) announces the signing of a borrowing agreement with the lender who is related to an insider as follows:

-          Lender: Saigon 3 Garment Joint-Stock Company (the company related to Ms. Pham Viet Lan Anh, Member of the Board of Directors)

-          Loan amount: VND50 billion

-          Loan interest rate: 6%/year

-          Loan term: 06 months (from 10/05/2020 to 04/04/2021).
