-          The extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) approved the resignation of Mr. Kee, Chia - Teh as a member of the BOD as from August 28, 2020.

-          EGM approving the resignation of Long Gen as a member of the Supervisory Board as from August 22, 2020.

-          Mr. Long Gen was appointed as a member of the BOD.
