TCB: BOD resolution on implementing capital increase plan The Board resolution dated October 13, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to carry out the plan of stock issuance under ESOP for increasing the company’s charter capital with the following details:

- Expected charter capital to increase: VND 47,662,680,000
