SZC: Signing contracts with related parties

On October 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of land leasing contract in Chau Duc Industrial Park with Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company. The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements.
