SMARTSC: Board resolution on the listing application on HNX

According to the Board resolution dated October 13, 2020, the Board of Directors of SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (SMARTSC) approved the dossier of listing on Hanoi Stock Exchange including the following documents:

-          Listing application;

-          Prospectus;

-          Articles of Association;

-          Minutes, resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 on the approval for the listing;

-          Board resolution on the approval for the listing dossier;

-          The audited financial statements in 2018, 2019; the reviewed financial statements in the first six months of 2020;

-          Business license;

-          Documents on the Board of Directors, Directorate, Board of Supervisors, Chief Accountant and related persons;

-          Documents on capital increase;

-          Other documents.
