SGR: Resolution on results of the share issue for dividend payment According to the Board resolution dated October 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved to continue the distribution of 283 fractional shares to the Company’s Labor Union to own and manage.
Results of share issue for dividend payment as follows:
