- Pursuant to the Company Charter of SaiGon - NgheTinh beer joint stock company approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27, 2016
- Pursuant to the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 No. 09 / NQ-DHDCD / 2020 dated June 15, 2020
- Pursuant to the Notice No.154/2020/TB-SGNT dated October 9, 2020 of SaiGon - NgheTinh beer joint stock company on closing the list of exercising the right to receive cash dividends in 2019
SaiGon - NgheTinh beer joint stock company is expected to implement the dividend payment 2019 in cash to shareholders at the rate of 8.4%/par value on November 16, 2020.
