The Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company (PC1) approved a stock issue plan for dividend payment as follows:

-          Stock: Stock of Power Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: 10,000 VND/share

-          Purpose: to pay dividends for 2019

-          Number of issued shares: 159,323,929 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 159,323,497 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 432 shares

-          Number of shares to be issued: 31,864,699 shares

-          Value of shares to be issued: 318,646,990,000 VND

-          Issue ratio: 20% of the outstanding shares

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2019.

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: by Quarter IV of 2020.
