Record date:                            October 21, 2020

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2019 dividend in cash          

Dividend pay-out ratio:           9%/ par value (VND900/ share)

Payment date:                          October 27, 2020      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  HUD3 Investment and construction joint stock company as from October 27, 2020.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
