HUD3 Investment and construction joint stock company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Ngoc Vinh as a member of the BOD in the term 2020-2025 as from October 15, 2020.

-          Mr. Le Ngoc Vinh was no longer the representative of HUD's capital in HUD3.
