-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND344,990,760,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 264,494,582 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND2,644,945,820,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: October 20, 2020

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
