The Board resolution dated October 08, 2020, HDB Securities Corporation announces the personnel change as follows:

1. The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from October 10, 2020.
2. The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Duong The Quang as as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from October 12, 2020.
