GEX: BOD approved to collect shareholders' opinions in writing The Board resolution dated October 05, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the holding to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following contents:
1) Approving the plan for stock issuance under ESOP
2) Approving the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing:
- Record date: October 26, 2020
- Time for sending ballots to shareholders: October 30, 2020
- Deadline to receive ballots from shareholders: expected in November 10, 2020
- Location to receive ballots: 52 Le Dai Hanh, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
- Time for counting ballots: expected in November 11, 2020
- Time for announcement on Voting Minutes and Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approved: expected in November 11, 2020. HOSE
