GEG: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

According to the Board resolution dated October 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: Approving the result of the offering to the existing shareholders:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 50,972,919 shares

-          Number of shares distributed: 50,742,543 shares

-          Number of fractional and remaining shares: 230,376 shares

Article 2: Approving the offering of remaining shares: 

-          Number of shares need to be distributed: 230,376 shares

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: in 01 year from the ending date of the offering

-          Payment date for share purchase: from October 23, 2020 to October 29, 2020.
