FIR: Notice of record date to implement rights

On October 20, 2020, First Real Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows:

-          Record date: November 03, 2020

1)      Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend.

2)      Content:

-          Exercise ratio: 30% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 30 new shares.)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 146 shares. With 30% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 146 *30/100 =83.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 83 new shares and fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.

-          Place to receive subscription:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Floor 5^th, 50 Bach Dang, Hai Chau 1 Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
