On October 19, 2020, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the change of the representative of contributed capital in Dat Phuong Hoi An with the following persons:

-          Company name: Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Tan Thinh resettlement area, Tan My, Cam An Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.

-          Charter capital: VND 190,000,000,000 (DPG contributed VND 152,000,000,000, accounting for 80% charter capital of Dat Phuong Hoi An.

-          Representatives before the change:

• Luong Minh Tuan;
• Pham Quang Binh;
• Do Manh Hung.

-          Representatives after the change:
