CTI: Decision on capital contribution to set up associated company

On October 08, 2020, Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation issued a decision to approve the capital contribution in SAM CTI Investment Joint Stock Company with total value of VND 40,000,000,000, equivalent to 4,000,000 shares, accounting for 40% charter capital of SAM CTI Investment Joint Stock Company.

To appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang as the representative of contributed capital of Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation in SAM CTI Investment Joint Stock Company.
