CRE: Terminating the operation of representative offices

The Board resolution dated October 14, 2020, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved the termination of operation of representative offices, including:

1)      CEN Nha Trang Representative Office at Floor 10^th, KHPC Building, 11 Ly Thanh Ton, Van Thanh Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

2)      CEN Bac Ninh Representative Office at Floor 9^th, VNPT Building, 33 Ly Thai To, Ninh Xa Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.

3)      CEN Hai Phong Representative Office at Floor 3^rd, MB Hai Phong Building, No.06, lot 30A, Le Hong Phong Street, Lac Vien Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

4)      CEN Vinh Phuc Representative Office at Floor 6^th, Viet Duc Financial Building, No.08 Ton Duc Thang, Khai Quang Ward, Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam.

5)      CEN Thanh Hoa Representative Office at Floor 7^th, Gas Oil Building, No.38A, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

6)      CEN Nghe An Representative Office at Floor 12^th, Nghe An Gas Oil Building, No.07 Quang Trung Street, Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Vietnam.
