On October 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BWE) announces results of public auction of BWE shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) as follows:

-          Auction volume: 37,5000,000 shares

-          Number of shares registered to buy by investors: 33,933,800 shares

-          Number of shares bought by investors: 33,933,800 shares

-          Number of remainning shares: 3,566,200 shares

The Board of Directors decided to distribute the remaining shares to other investors:

-          Number of shares for distribution: 3,566,200 shares

-          Offering price: VND25,720/share

-          Transfer restriction: within 01 year from the ending date of offering

-          Number of distributed shares: 3,566,200 shares

-          Proceeds: VND91,722,664,000.
