BUD: Change in personnel

Vietnam Science and Technology Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Member of the BOD has been appointed Chair of the BOD for term of 2018-2023 with effect since 01/10/2020.
• Mr. Hoang Duc Thao, Chair of the BOD has been appointed Vice Chair of the BOD cum General Manager for term of 2018-2023 with effect since 01/10/2020.
• Mr. Hoang Duc Thao has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD with effect since 01/10/2020.
