BCM: BOD resolution on planning to raise its charter capital

The Board resolution dated September 30, 2020, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the plan to raise its charter capital for the second phase in the stock issuance to existing shareholders that approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 26, 2020. Accordingly, the time of implementation in 2020 – 2021 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving the dossier to register the public offering.
