AAA: Notice of record date to pay stock dividend On October 05, 2020, the An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows:
- Record date: October 20, 2020
1) Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019.
2) Content:
- Exercise ratio: 100:5 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be decided by the BOD to distribute to other shareholders with the selling price of VND 10,000/share.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 2,222 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,222 * 5/100 =111.1 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 111 new shares and fractional shares of 0.1 share.
