VNL: Result of transferring stake at Vinatrans Danang

To implement the Board resolution dated August 17, 2020 by the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders, the Company disclosed the public offering of stake at Vinatrans Danang with the registration deadline to be 12:00, September 03, 2020. However, the Company did not receive any registration documents. Therefore, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders decided to suspend the sale of stake at Vinatrans Danang and will consider the divestment in the future.
