VNE: BOD resolution on the divestment at VNECO 7

The Board resolution dated September 15, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to transfer the whole of shares in VNECO 7 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company with 956,000 shares, and total value (based on par value) of VND 9,560,000,000, accounting for 31.16% charter capital of VNECO 7.
