Vinh Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the selling shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Vinh Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

             Until 16:00 on September 03, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction to buy shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Vinh Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 13 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Vinh Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company with Decision No. 332/QD-DTKDV dated August 14, 2020 by the Chief Executive Officer of SCIC, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
