VID: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to pay for the 2019 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  September 15, 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares)

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
