The Company’s profit after tax of accumulation in six months of 2020 decreased by 1,516 billion dongs, equivalent to 65% compared to the same period of 2019 because of the following causes:
- The gross profit from sales and services increased by 2,084 billion dongs, equivalent to 218% because of the increase in profit from real estate transfer compared to the same period of last year.
- The financial income decreased by 4,720 billion dongs, equivalent to 77% compared to the same period of last year because of the decrease in profit from the investment cooperation and business operation.
- Financial expenses decreased by 1,243 billion dongs, equivalent to 32% compared to the same period of last year mainly due to the decrease of interest expenses. HOSE
