According to the Board resolution dated September 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved results of issuing shares for ESOP and dividend payment as follows:

-          Real issue volume: 4,653,009 shares

-          Odd-lot shares: 251 shares

2)      ESOP:

-          Estimated issue volume: 339,211 shares

-          Real issue volume: 339,211 shares

-          Odd-lot shares: 0 shares.
