-          Expected issue volume: 500,000 bonds

-          Par value: VND 1,000,000/bond

-          Total value: VND 500,000,000,000

-          Issue currency: VND

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, secured and no warrants

-          Bond form: book entry

-          Expected nominal interest: 11%/year

-          Interest payment term: Once every three months.
