SZC: Signing contracts with related parties

On September 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of land leasing contract in Chau Duc Industrial Park with Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2. The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements.
